Google agreed to settle claims that YouTube collected persistent identifiers from children under 13 watching child-directed channels and used them for targeted advertising. Google denies wrongdoing.
The claim period has closed. Valid claimants will receive a pro-rata share once the settlement receives final approval.
Eligibility
Parents or guardians of children in the United States who were under 13 and watched child-directed YouTube channels between July 1, 2013 and April 1, 2020.
