A proposed class action alleges Rolex's website loaded more than 100 third-party trackers that recorded visitors' IP addresses, mouse movements and browsing activity, and shared that data with advertisers without consent.

Alexander Del Salto alleges that when he browsed Rolex's site to research a watch, the page installed third-party tracking software that captured his IP address, device identifiers and on-page behaviour, then passed it to companies including Meta and Google.

The complaint brings claims under state wiretapping and privacy law. Rolex has not responded, the allegations are unproven, and no settlement exists — this case is being tracked so members hear if a claim window ever opens.
