Lawsuit

This action arises from Defendant’s violation of the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (“FACTA”) amendment to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C.

The complaint alleges Panda Restaurant Group printed more of the payment card number on customer receipts than the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act allows, exposing customers to a risk of identity theft.

FACTA sets a strict limit on what a receipt may show. The allegations are unproven and no settlement has been reached.

Eligibility

Customers who used a credit or debit card at a Panda Restaurant Group location and received a receipt showing more than the last five digits of the card number.

  2. Gather what's needed. No proof required. A sworn statement on the form is enough.
  3. File as soon as claims open. Owed pre-fills the administrator's form with your details and submits it; or file directly on the official settlement website.
  4. Track it. Payments usually arrive 1–6 months after the final approval hearing.
