What happened

Toyota is recalling 105,794 Land Cruiser Hybrid SUVs from the 2024 to 2027 model years. Close to the fuel tank, a joint where a fuel tube connects can come apart. If that happens, fuel can leak.

Fuel leaking near a spark, flame or other ignition source can raise the risk of a fire.

Dealers will check the joint and add an extra clamp to keep it together. If needed, they will also put in a new resin fuel tube. The work is free. Toyota plans to mail letters to owners on November 29, 2026.

Lawsuits & settlements

No lawsuit on our radar yetChecked Oct 21, 2026

The recall itself gets you the repair. Money for other losses usually only comes from a class action or settlement, if one follows — often when buyers paid for something that didn't work as promised. If a settlement opens over this recall, it will be listed on Owed's settlements page.
