Claimants with order confirmations can recover the fees they paid, up to $250; claimants without documentation receive $5.
Eligibility
All persons in the United States who purchased a ticket on ticketmaster.com or the Ticketmaster app between January 1, 2019 and December 31, 2025 and paid a service or processing fee.
